Professional Accomplishments
Kim Auernheimer is the Co-owner and Business Manager of CS Automotive in Brentwood, Tennessee. CS Automotive opened in October of 2006 in the back of warehouse and has since grown into a 6,400 square foot 10-bay shop with 10 employees. Before joining her husband Rob at CS Automotive in 2011, Kim enjoyed a career in Commercial Real Estate and Property Management. In 2017, Kim obtained her Accredited Automotive Manager (AAM) designation. In 2019, Kim earned the Accredited Master Automotive Manager (AMAM) designation by completing an additional 60 hours of management credits.
Kim's belief in education has been a large influence in the success and growth that herself and her family have experienced personally and in business. Kim and her team continuously seek out training and put into practice what they've learned every day.
Kim and Rob are passionate about improving the image of the automotive repair industry and regularly participate in national training events. They both work tirelessly to improve the customer experience. Kim believes that transparency and earning customer trust are the critical components to successful business operations.
